| • Is it true that you don't have to sell? |
| →The simple fact is you can't make money in the Emerald Passport business unless products are sold. To say it otherwise would be misrepresenting the Emerald Passport Sales and Marketing Plan - and would be a violation of our rules. Our educational material is directed towards financial, personal and spiritual development. In addition, we offer an Internet based technical platform, marketing tools, administrative support and sales training to our independent reseller base for an annual fee. We do not have direct contact with the customer/end user nor do we receive proceeds from retail sales. We make products available at wholesale to our qualified resellers who then resell them at retail. Customers buy directly from authorized independent distributors and products are delivered to end users by these Independent Distributors.

| • Is there a cost associated with joining EPI? |
| →Yes, there is modest $149 annual admin and service fee (discounted to $99 when paid on time each year), which allows us to provide EPI Independent Distributors with their own personalized Internet marketing web sites, both online and telephone support, as well as an electronic Administrative Back Office from which they can effectively manage all aspects of their business enterprise in real time. |
| • How do I obtain the forms to sign up with the company? |
| →You can sign up by going to http://epassportinc.com/ and clicking on the 'Join EPI Now' button on the website or with the help of the Independent Distributor who referred you to the program.

| • Do you have a telephone number for support? |
→EPI is not involved directly in marketing, retailing and communication with the retail customers or potential distributors and do provide support but not through the phone.
EPI is an Internet empowered wholesale provider of "Webucation" products. We provide products on consignment to be marketed by our Independent Distributors, we make sure that online order processing is fully functional, 24/7, entire business platform is on all the time allowing the business to take place on every continent; the back office and marketing, administration and technical support are available during work hours.
We have a direct line to assist with order processing and an online live chat feature to support the distribution force. All the individual recruiting and selling is done by the active Independent Distributors and Directors in the field. | • How can I update/change my personal information? |
| →The best way to update and make changes to your personal information is to do it through your EPI Back Office at www.epassportinc.com/distributors. Here, click on "My Account", then on "My Profile", and once you are done, click on "Update" to make the changes effective.
Note that there are certain fields that cannot be edited such as your name or company name. We may make these changes for you subject to approval by management. |

| • Why are the owners or founders and management of Emerald Passport not listed? |
→Regarding management, we have a Board of Directors that appoints a President. You can read our President's message on our web site, or attend one of our EPI Conferences and meet him in person.
Regarding ownership, EPI is registered, officed and operating from its international headquarters in Panama City, Panama. Being a corporation originally founded in 1990, the company's focus, management and ownership have changed over the years. Currently, there are numerous private, as well as corporate investors who own stock in the company. The company has engaged in several private placement stock offerings over the past decade and, as a result, has ownership spread among a number of shareholders. It does not affect our operations as these are shares with non-voting privileges. This facilitates buying and selling shares between shareholders. Any shareholder is welcome to see our financials simply by presenting his stock certificate. Emerald Passport Board of Directors, from time to time, at their discretion, can issue more shares to raise capital. Panama offers a very simple and uncomplicated marketplace for the shareholders. | • When was EPI established? |
| →The company was incorporated in 1990. In 2003, after almost 2 years of development, it became a wholesale provider supplying an exclusive educational product of highest value to its international independent distributor force.

| • Does EPI belong to the Better Business Bureau? |
| →No, Emerald Passport does not belong to any branch of the BBB as the BBB is focused on businesses that deal directly with consumers. It is a consumer protection agency. Emerald Passport does not sell to consumers, but rather to commercial accounts (independent EPI distributors) and is therefore not an appropriate candidate for membership. |
| • Where do I send my payments? |
→Please remember before you send your wholesale product payment to our correspondence address you must include the order ID number so we can track who the funds are from and which clients they are for. (Not providing an order number with your payment may result in delays in processing your order). The correct correspondence address is:

| • What do I get with an EPI conference ticket? |
| →Emerald Passport International Conferences are private events for which each participant must purchase a valid ticket from an Authorized Emerald Passport Director. The Emerald Passport Conference ticket provides access to all conference sessions, speakers, contributors and the Conference materials. Emerald Passport also secures numerous special benefits available only to Emerald Passport Conference participants. Your ticket does not include the cost of travel or accommodations. |
| • How do I become a Phase I Director? |
→The standard requirement is four Phase I retail product sales which you must refer to your training director. In other words, you will generate 4 retail training sales. If the first one of the four is your own purchase, that purchase will count as 2 retail training sales, therefore you will only need to complete a total of 2 retail product training sales to become a Phase I Director. Keep in mind that if those customers also decide to be distributors, they will belong to your Director's group of distributors. Note: You DO NOT have to purchase the product yourself to qualify. However, if you decide to do so, EPI will count your personal purchase as two of your qualifying retail sales!
After you have made your FOUR qualifying retail product sales, (or two if you purchased your own Passport to Prosperity course), you will be released and become a Director. From this point on new distributors sponsored by you will be part of YOUR payline.

If you decide to purchase both the phase I and phase II products at the same time, or within a ten day window, you will be considered a Premier customer. As a Premier customer, you will only need to complete 1 retail Wealth and Self ticket training sale to be promoted to the position of Phase II Director, however, you will still need to make two Phase I retail training sales to be promoted to Phase I Director.

| →Please submit a support request telling us what name you would like to use and we'll make the change for you if approved. |
| • I see lots of websites offering tax protest schemes, pure trusts, offshore corporations and the like. Can Emerald Passport show me a more effective way to stop paying income tax than these other websites? |
| →Yes and no. Yes, there are many "how to avoid income tax" web sites available on the net and no, Emerald Passport isn't one of them. In fact, if followed closely, the personal financial management and business skills you'll acquire from EPI's webucation courses might actually increase your tax bill as a result of your increased income as its courses are about acquiring skills to succeed in businesses such as real estate, forex trading and sales. Sorry, we view income tax avoidance plans as nothing more than scams. |
| • I am unable to attend the conference. Can my paid ticket be applied to a future conference?

| →Yes, your paid Wealth & Self ticket can be used for a future conference. You may find further information on how to transfer your ticket by reviewing paragraphs 3 & 7 of the Wealth & Self Conference Retail Agreement. |

| →Please note that since November of 2006 the "Director's number" has been replaced by the "user name". |

| →There are many ways you can send a webletter. One can be simply by using your email. Another popular way of doing so is also by using specialized marketing platforms designed to help you email your webletters and keep control of your contacts. | • How do I make a payment via "Wire Transfer" to Emerald Passport? |
| →In order to make payments via Wire Transfer to Emerald Passport, you will need to go to your Back Office under "My Orders", then "Placed Orders", place a check mark in the box near the order you wish to pay and click on "Click to Pay by Bank Transfer". Here you will receive full instructions on this payment method including a printable receipt with the order number to take to your bank.

| • Is the real estate course in Phase I country specific? |
| →No, the real estate course in Phase I is based on universal principles. These principles will work in any country or territory where there is free ownership of land. Our independent distributors have used it successfully in the US, UK, and Canada. Some of the terminology may change from country to country but the principles can be utilized anywhere. |
